PRODUCTION TO SHIPPING TERMS
From the date of payment received the order will reserve a production booking space and placed in the production queue.
All orders from payment will take between 10-21 days we aim to always ship before this time frame. All orders including samples & singles are made only then, so they are fresh. We do not hold any stock on the shelf so that you have maximum shelf life for you and your customers.
Once produced, and passed quality control then packed, you will be notified that your order is ready to be shipped.
SHIPPING IS BETWEEN 2 - 4 UNITED KINGDOM WORKING DAY WEEKS (MON – FRI).
Bank holidays are regarded as non working day and may cause delay.
Emergency express orders will incur extra production charges if required before 21 working days.
In some cases, delays may be caused by quality control delay and external causes beyond our control.
Please ensure that your stock purchase order is consistent to prevent product production and shipping disappointment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any Country Outside of the UK) 7-14 WORKING DAYS A WEEK, EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS.
All orders will come with a tracking number and is down to you to track your order. If there is any issue with your tracking number please contact us immediately.

Taxes and Import duty :Local taxes, Import duty other custom clearance fees may be levied upon your goods, this is your sole responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. These custom fees/charges have to be paid in full by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Customs, Taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods. We are unable to refund delivery charges on items if a parcel is returned dueto non-payment of these charges/fees and will also deduct the return shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIMES : Note the estimated delivery times shown above are purely estimates, based on the particular Postal Service.Each country has there own local postal service and times may vary, especially if there is any bank holidays. These delivery times are not guaranteed and are outside of our control. Postage Charges will not be refunded for parcels delivered after the estimated delivery time.
EXPRESS PRODUCTION SHIPPING
If an express order is required for production an additional cost of the net order will be charged – express production is between 5 -10 days and then shipping time on top of the 5-10 days. This is depending on country and location additional express shipping costs will be charged according to the courier express shipping cost.
SAMPLES – We aim to send as soon as possible. Samples are produced from fresh and will generally take between 10-21 days from payment.
We aim to ship before this. Delays may occur due to high volume testing requests. Specialised samples may take between 2-6 weeks for production and then shipping, as we need to set aside time to create your bespoke request. Sample costs are £8.50 each. Only one of each sample to be tested per customer/company.
Please note this is not Minimum order price purchase for wholesale or distribution.
