Ordering from The Lash Brow Factory UK is a straightforward process. We invite you to explore our extensive catalogue of products, which represents just a fraction of our full range.

If you have a specific product in mind that is not listed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We would be happy to discuss custom creation possibilities tailored to your needs.

Shipping Information

If your country is not available in the shipping drop-down menu, don’t be discouraged. Simply contact us at contact@thelashandbrowfactoryuk.com, and we will arrange shipping options for you.

Online Ordering

You can place online orders for up to 100 bottles of each lash adhesive and other products. For minimum order quantities (MOQ) exceeding 200 bottles, please contact us to receive a special reduced pricing offer.

Once you have selected and paid for your products, please reach out with your preferred bottle choice and top, or to discuss label design options.

For orders of a single bottle, there’s no need for further communication; we will ship your order as soon as it is produced. Please allow 7-14 working days for dispatch of single bottles and samples, as we do not keep stock on hand. This ensures you receive products with maximum shelf life, as all items are produced upon order and undergo thorough quality control to guarantee safety for you and your customers.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

MOQ 1 Bottle All single bottles and samples will come in a randomly selected bottle choice with our manufacturing label.

MOQ 10-25 Bottles Orders of 10-25 bottles include a complimentary choice of bottle type and top with our manufacturing label. Alternatively, you can provide your own label, and we will supply the necessary information for it, or we can provide a quotation to create the labels for you.

MOQ Orders of 50-100 Bottles

For larger orders ranging from 200 to 10,000 pieces, please contact us for competitive pricing options.

Sample Policy

Samples are available exclusively for companies with a website, training academy, or wholesalers. Please note that once samples have been tested, we will not issue the same sample again at the sample price. It is important to conduct testing promptly upon receipt of your samples.

If you are interested in a more luxurious label, we will provide an additional quotation. Should you prefer to create your own labels, we will email you the bottle dimensions and necessary information.
